The page lists 7,870 IT square feet, 0.405 MW critical IT load, six onsite carriers, 2N power design, N+1 cooling, and air cooling for cabinet densities above 10 kW. It also markets cabinet colocation, DataBank Cloud, DataBank Metal, FedRAMP Cloud, managed connectivity, remote hands, and a quote or tour path.

The operator evidence establishes an address-level DataBank facility and a current customer-facing service profile. It does not mean that all 0.405 MW is vacant or that the value equals today’s metered load. TYPE3’s Announced/0 MW fields are retained as the inventory-control baseline; the DataBank figure is shown only as a source-labeled critical-IT metric. Availability, contracted capacity, and customer allocation remain separate commercial questions.

This record is distinct from DataBank’s other Austin or Central Texas facilities and from generic DataBank cloud or network locations.
