DataBank HOU3 — Westway Park III

DataBank’s current facility page identifies HOU3 as Westway Park III at 11003 Corporate Centre Drive, Houston, Texas 77041. The building is part of Westway Park Campus but has its own address and facility profile, separate from HOU1 at 5150 Westway Park Boulevard and HOU2 at 5170 Westway Park Boulevard. DataBank lists 41,860 IT square feet, 6.5 MW of critical IT load, 39 onsite carriers, N+1 power, N+2 cooling, cabinets and cages, and HPC compatibility.

The facility page also describes HOU3 as being along a major fiber corridor with scalable, redundant power feeds, direct cloud connectivity, managed internet connectivity, and metro data-center interconnect. A 2026 DataBank announcement reports a planned 3,150 kW rooftop solar array at HOU3. That solar project is sustainability and generation context; it is not IT capacity, current load, or customer availability.

HOU3 can use verified current-operator language because DataBank maintains an address-specific page and Houston campus listing. The page does not establish measured operating draw, utility service limit, or customer-available power. The 6.5 MW label remains explicitly “critical IT load.” The rooftop-solar announcement remains separate from the facility’s electrical service and from HOU1/HOU2 metrics. HOU3 is the Westway Park III address-level facility, with separate metrics and a distinct solar project from its siblings.
