TYPE3’s map data lists Digital Realty DFW10 as operating wholesale colocation in Dallas County at 24.0 MW, with notes of 454,000 square feet, 60-plus network carriers, and the Univision Tower at 2323 Bryan Street. Digital Realty’s live DFW10 page uses 2323 Bryan Street, Dallas, TX 75201, 26 stories, and 387,500 square feet. It does not publish a megawatt. DataCenters.com still prints 454,000 square feet and 24.0 MW total power. datacenterHawk lists 454,000 square feet with 6,850 kW commissioned and 1,500 kW master-planned. DataCenterMap uses “over 477,000 square feet.” Keep building-area and power layers labeled; none is current available IT.

The address is a multi-operator carrier hotel. SEO-014 already treats LOGIX Dallas and ATOS/Nimbix as suite or service records at 2323 Bryan. Equinix DA4 and DataBank also list the tower. Digital Realty is the building/platform operator for DFW10, not the only tenant.

In June 2025, The Real Deal and DCD reported Digital Realty modified a 2021 City of Dallas agreement after “technical challenges,” shrinking a $104 million data-center expansion to about $13 million of completed renovation and putting tax-abatement and Texas Enterprise Fund terms in question.
