I-45 Fwy, Houston 77060, and repeats 51,300 square feet with 14,816 data-center square feet. DataCenters.com repeats those floor-area figures, lists HIPAA / ISO 27001 / PCI DSS / SOC 1 / SOC 2 / SSAE 18, and markets 3 kW, 5 kW, and 3–15 kW cabinets. Those cabinet ratings are densities, not a site megawatt.

Baxtel is explicit that Lumen does not own the building and leases inside Digital Realty’s 12001–12235 North Freeway campus, short code IAH10. Digital Realty acquired six single-story buildings here in 2006; Level 3 was a major tenant.
