PowerHouse Circle T DC3 — Westlake, Texas
Overview
TYPE3’s map data lists PowerHouse Circle T DC3 in Keller, with PowerHouse Data Centers as operator, `Announced` status, and 0 MW. Its note repeats the parent’s 300 MW Westlake description. Public project reporting identifies 13580 Denton Highway at the northeast corner of US 377 and Westport Parkway, while Westlake’s official page describes the project off Highway 377. Preserve Keller and Westlake as a locality distinction rather than selecting one without a final site record.
Data Center Dynamics reports site plans for up to four approximately 300,000-square-foot buildings and a 300 MW campus. Westlake reports that Oncor infrastructure includes a 350 MW substation serving the data center and pump station. Neither source maps a building number to DC3 or provides child-level critical-IT capacity. A child label in a directory is therefore an identity lead, not evidence that DC3 has one-quarter of the campus plan or that it is ready for lease.
DC3 is a planned child within the Circle T parent, but its final site plan, phase and building designation, permit status, utility delivery, construction progress, customer commitment, and current orderable load are not established in the reviewed sources. Keep DC3 separate from DC1/DC4 and from PowerHouse Irving. Do not publish a child MW estimate.
Questions
Is DC3 a standalone campus?
No. It is a map data child label within the planned Circle T parent.
Does DC3 have 75 MW?
No such child allocation is verified; dividing the 300 MW parent plan would be an invention.
What is known about DC3’s status?
The reviewed sources establish the parent project, not DC3-specific construction or operation.

This state sits outside ERCOT and outside the survey. Sponsoring one funds the work of charting it — pulling its interconnection queue, large loads, and price data onto the map.
