Prime Dallas DFW01-01 — 1515 Round Table
Overview
TYPE3’s map data lists Prime Dallas DFW01-01 as announced wholesale colocation in Dallas at 0.0 MW, with a DataCenterMap note that Prime Dallas (1) is a 7.5-megawatt critical, purpose-built data center. Prime’s live Dallas page overrides status and the 7.5 MW figure: DFW01-01 | 1515 Round Table; operational; leased; 8 MW; 107,000 square feet.
This is the host building for accepted children: Psychz Dallas (SEO-016), Eonix Communications Dallas (SEO-017), and Hivelocity Dallas 1 (SEO-008). Those records already forbid inheriting host MW. Do not reverse the error by pulling tenant cabinets into DFW01-01 as extra capacity. Directory copy that still attaches 60,000 square feet or “expansion up to 10 MW” to Psychz is host-building language from SEO-016, not a Prime first-party IT figure for this child.
Parent campus critical IT is 20 MW across two buildings. Publishing 8 MW here as additional campus MW would double-count. Distinct from DFW01-02 at 1455 Round Table and from Fort Worth DFW04. ZIP 75247 matches TDLR on the sibling hall; do not silently switch to 75207 from the Eonix Communications Dallas sublisting. 8 MW remains a capacity label, not vacancy.

Does this include Psychz or Eonix capacity?
No. Those are tenant/node records inside the same street address.

This state sits outside ERCOT and outside the survey. Sponsoring one funds the work of charting it — pulling its interconnection queue, large loads, and price data onto the map.
