Yondr’s own material provides stronger project identity but reports different phases and power labels that should not be collapsed.

Yondr’s August 2025 announcement says it secured a 163-acre Lancaster site, just south of Dallas, for a campus that can accommodate 550 MW of critical IT load. It expected the project to break ground in 2026. Yondr’s later Dallas specification sheet labels the site 500 MW-plus IT, 828 MVA total power, and 150 MVA of permanent 345 kV power allocated for delivery in December 2028, with Q4 2028 RFS. The sheet’s utility allocation and RFS are future delivery milestones, not evidence of energization or uncommitted customer capacity.

The 550 MW announcement and 500 MW-plus specification are compatible as different planning snapshots only if dated and source-labeled. Keep total power, utility allocation, critical IT, land, construction, and RFS separate. Request permits, current construction evidence, utility agreement, commissioned load, tenant assignment, and remaining availability.
