Coravel Fort Worth — Building C
Overview
TYPE3’s map data lists Coravel Fort Worth - Building C in Fort Worth, with Coravel as operator, `Announced` status, and 0 MW. It is a child of the SEO-035 Coravel Fort Worth Campus. Public reporting and municipal records describe a Hicks Field Road project of approximately 107 acres, five buildings, an adjacent Oncor substation, and staged development. The public sources are useful for parent identity and infrastructure but do not assign a floor area, delivery date, or power allocation to Building C.
ACS’s current Coravel announcement says a hyperscale customer has leased approximately 140 MW of critical IT load across three purpose-built facilities, with expansion rights of approximately 100 MW in two additional facilities. It does not identify those facilities as Buildings A–E. Keep those figures as contracted and expansion layers, not child availability. Likewise, the substation supports utility delivery and is not a measure of Building C’s IT load.
The record should direct buyers to verify the child topology before treating it as a commercial opportunity. Request the final site plan, Building C’s permit and phase, construction and energization milestone, tenant allocation, critical-IT design, and available capacity. Preserve the parent/child relationship without merging child pages into a single capacity claim.

This state sits outside ERCOT and outside the survey. Sponsoring one funds the work of charting it — pulling its interconnection queue, large loads, and price data onto the map.
