Csquare’s DFW3 facility is the current identity associated with Csquare - Dallas DFW3-A at 11830 Webb Chapel Road in Dallas. The historical facility note retains Evoque Dallas/Webb Chapel as the prior identity. Csquare’s current facility materials describe colocation, carrier-neutral connectivity, compliance, security, and 24/7 staffing at the site.
Csquare publishes 61,348 square feet, 18.3 MW of utility capacity, 4.8 MW of UPS capacity, and 10 MW of generator capacity. These are separate infrastructure layers. Utility capacity is not UPS capacity, generator capacity, or measured customer IT load. The three capacity figures remain separate from measured IT load. Infrastructure ratings do not measure the customer computing demand on site.
