Möbius’s contact page currently lists 4215 N Beltwood Pkwy Suite 100, Farmers Branch 75244, as the Dallas office. DataCenterMap records a March/April 2023 acquisition of neGma Business Solutions and still republishes neGma micro-DC copy: 20,000-square-foot building, 3,400-square-foot data center expanding to 10,000, raised floor, 3×100 kVA UPS (A+B+C), 5×15-ton Liebert HVAC, and a 350 kW generator. CloudandColocation’s neGma sheet uses overlapping UPS language (3×100 kVA and 1×75 kVA) and a diesel generator without a kW rating.

Those inherited layers are not a Möbius first-party IT-load disclosure. Möbius’s colocation page offers rack/cage/suite options in a “tier 3” facility and does not publish Farmers Branch MW, availability, or a current floor plate.
