CyrusOne’s live Allen page is a campus page for DFW3–DFW5 at 2300 Chelsea Boulevard. It reports DFW3 and DFW4 at 77 MW of IT capacity, 976,000 square feet of technical space at full build-out, and more than 90 acres; DFW5 is landbank. An April 2026 Bisnow refinancing report gives 76.5 MW for adjacent DFW3 and DFW4, consistent within rounding. An older CyrusOne DFW3 technical sheet lists 50 MW of utility capacity for DFW3. Keep the current campus IT total, older hall utility capacity, and building-level capacity separate. None is current available inventory.
