Flexential Dallas-Talty Data Center Campus
Overview
Flexential Dallas-Talty is a planned high-density colocation campus in Talty, Texas, in Kaufman County. Flexential announced the project as a 110-acre site for its fourth and largest Dallas-Fort Worth facility. The July 2026 announcement places the project in the planned pipeline; neither status nor capacity represents an operating site today.
The planned Phase 1 development is approximately 375,000 square feet with secured power intended to support 36 MW of wholesale and multi-tenant colocation capacity. Flexential said site work was expected to begin in early 2027 and first customer availability was targeted for late 2028. The company also described potential for three 36 MW data-center buildings, which would equal 108 MW of total potential campus capacity if later phases are developed.
The project’s useful milestones are location, phase, construction, energization, and customer availability. The 36 MW figure belongs to Phase 1. The 108 MW figure describes the potential campus buildout. Neither is current energized load, contracted customer load, or measured IT consumption. Flexential also described closed-loop cooling, a phased utility ramp-up, and future colocation and interconnection services. Those descriptions are plans rather than performance measurements. Talty remains separate from Flexential’s operating Richardson and Downtown locations, which have different locations and service profiles.

This state sits outside ERCOT and outside the survey. Sponsoring one funds the work of charting it — pulling its interconnection queue, large loads, and price data onto the map.
