TYPE3’s map data lists Hivelocity - Dallas 2 as announced retail colocation in Carrollton at 0 MW. Its notes are not Hivelocity first-party copy. They match CyrusOne’s Carrollton / DFW1 facility sheet at 1649 West Frankford Road: up to 670,000 square feet, 400,000 colocation square feet, and 60,000 square feet of work-area recovery. Data Canopy and other partners also list presence in the same building. Those figures are host-campus attributes. They are not Hivelocity IT load, Hivelocity-owned floor area, or current availability.

Hivelocity’s current data-center index lists a single Dallas code, DAL1, at 1515 Round Table Drive. No current Hivelocity page reviewed for this batch established a second Dallas campus. A third-party DAL2 brochure instead uses 1950 Stemmons Parkway, Suite 1034, Equinix DA1’s Infomart suite, and repeats Equinix-style certifications and generator language. That listing is an identity collision, not proof of a Hivelocity hall. Treat Dallas 2 as a leased-presence or aggregator alias pending operator confirmation of building, suite, and contracting entity. Status is not an announced Hivelocity build. Do not convert 670,000 square feet, 400,000 CSF, 60 MW, or 90 MW into Hivelocity capacity. Until Hivelocity names the suite, cabinets and availability remain unpublished.
