LightEdge’s Lewisville page matches that address: 2501 S. State Highway 121, Business Suite 500 (Building #5), Lewisville, TX 75067. CyrusOne’s current DFW2 page uses the same 2501 South State Highway 121, Suite 500 listing and publishes 200,000 square feet of technical IT space and 12 MW total IT capacity for the Lewisville hall, a third power number that is still not a LightEdge customer-load figure.

Baxtel and DataCenterMap treat LightEdge as a tenant at the CyrusOne Lewisville building. LightEdge’s March 2026 PDF mixes marketing “Tier 4,” 22 MW in the intro, 26.5 MW critical IT in the table, 110,000 colocation square feet, and only 2,552 whitespace square feet. Those layers cannot be flattened. 2,552 square feet of whitespace is the only figure that looks like a suite, not a campus. 2.25 MW generators and 25 MVA transformers are plant ratings. This page remains a child of CyrusOne DFW2, not a second Lewisville campus.
