TYPE3’s map data lists Lumen McAllen 1 as an announced retail/network-colocation facility operated by Lumen at 906 Beech Avenue, with `0 MW`. The address is supported by multiple public Lumen-related records. Lumen’s former CenturyLink Cloud public knowledge base lists McAllen at 906 Beech Avenue, gives the CLLI code `MCAMTXKN`, and includes it in an Edge Bare Metal location table. A 2021 Lumen SOC 2 report also lists a McAllen facility at the same address.

DataCenterMap provides detailed directory specifications: 6,015 square feet total, 1,754 square feet of dedicated colocation, AC UPS and DC power configurations, generator and battery backup, environmental controls, and diverse fiber. These facts can support a service-oriented description, but they are not a current Lumen capacity statement. No first-party current facility sheet or measured IT-load figure was found. TYPE3’s zero therefore means that no MW was supplied, not that the site consumes zero.
