Provision’s current site and facility page still use the 2020 Live Oak address and sell carrier-neutral colo, interconnection, and managed hosting. Power language on the facility page is explicit and must stay labeled: three Oncor feeders offer up to 14 MW of uninterrupted power, with N+2 power to the facility. That is utility / feeder capacity, not measured IT load and not a vacancy figure. Carrier language is 12 on-site providers with cross-connect access to additional networks.
Building history is documented but dated. Data Center Dynamics and a 7 April 2017 Provision release described a refurbished former carrier hotel at 2020 Live Oak, about 137,000 square feet, 14 MW of scalable utility power, two meet-me rooms, and Global IP Networks as an anchor tenant. Square-footage 125,000 versus 137,000 remains a source conflict; do not silently pick one as current white space. The live website also advertises Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency infrastructure mining services, which is a product note, not a MW disclosure. GIPNetworks Plano remains on Jupiter Road. Status is current customer-facing colo at Live Oak, with inventory and occupancy requiring a dated Provision quote. Do not treat 14 MW as operating load.
