TYPE3’s map data lists Stream DC DFWC - Wilmer II Campus in Wilmer, with Stream Data Centers as operator, Announced status, and 0 MW. Stream’s current DFWC page identifies the campus at the northeast corner of Sunrise and Beltline Road, Wilmer, Texas 75146, and says the site is in development. It describes a 140-acre hyperscale campus intended ultimately to support 240 MW and 1.4 million square feet, with an on-site Oncor substation of up to 372 MW.

These figures describe different layers. The 240 MW and 1.4 million square feet are full-build parent-campus plans; 372 MW is an upper-bound substation figure. Neither is current IT load, energized customer capacity, or a saleable block. TYPE3’s Announced/0 MW state remains the source record. The separate DFWC1 row describes one planned 360,750-square-foot building with 48 MW of IT capacity and its own construction schedule; do not roll that child into the parent or add the parent’s figures to it.
