Stream DFW-VIII — Wilmer, Texas

TYPE3’s map data lists Stream DC DFW-VIII - Wilmer in Wilmer, with Stream Data Centers as operator, Announced status, and 0 MW. Stream's current DFWB page identifies a South Dallas County hyperscale campus in Wilmer, with 77 acres, 90 MW of critical capacity, and 690,000 square feet at full build across three buildings. It also marks the campus Fully Leased. Stream's history page records DFW VIII as the first South Dallas campus milestone.

The current operator page uses the DFWB campus label and does not provide a DFW-VIII-only building schedule. A secondary directory places DFW-VIII at 60 Sunrise Road and repeats the 90 MW/690,000-square-foot campus scope. A public-record tracker instead reports 300 South Sunrise Road, 7.5 MW power, and 4.5 MW IT load. Preserve those address and load differences as a source conflict; do not choose a number silently.

For product use, direct buyers to confirm whether TYPE3’s map data name maps to one building or the broader DFWB campus, and whether any capacity is orderable. Keep Stream DFW-VIII distinct from Stream DFWC Wilmer II and DFWC1, whose parent and child plans are separate records. Do not transform the Fully Leased label or the 90 MW full-build figure into a current available block.
