Cologix’s DAL1 page identifies colocation at 1950 North Stemmons Freeway, branded “Cologix Carrier Hotel – Network Environment,” with a core Meet-Me-Room in Infomart. Technical specs list 28,000 square feet within the Infomart carrier hotel, 24-by-48-inch cabinets, cage sizes case by case, power feeds from three utility substations, two UPS systems and a backup generator, N and A+B UPS configurations, density up to 8 kW per cabinet, and 50-plus unique networks in the Cologix MMR. This is a network-dense Infomart suite, not a hyperscale campus or an empty announcement. The suite provides carrier-hotel and interconnection services at the shared Stemmons address. The cited service supports cabinets, cages, and network interconnection within Infomart. It does not provide a DAL1 hall MW or a campus total. Its three-substation feeds and UPS arrangements describe resilience, not consumption.

DAL1 is distinct from DAL2’s enterprise hall and DAL3’s 2.25 MW expansion hall. Square footage and cabinet density do not provide campus MW. Cologix’s service is operating/current, while TYPE3’s map data 0 MW is not a measured load. Infomart, DAL2, DAL3, Equinix, and DataBank rooms remain separate facilities and inventories.
