Cologix’s DAL3 page identifies 1950 North Stemmons Freeway, 13.2K SQFT and 2.25 MW, the Infomart carrier hotel, AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute, and Cologix Access Marketplace. DAL3 is an expansion hall in the same building as DAL1 and DAL2. The cited page also identifies the carrier hotel, cloud on-ramps, and access marketplace at this address. Those services establish the product and location, while the published 2.25 MW remains a facility-power specification.

Cologix’s published 2.25 MW is DAL3 facility power, not a utilization reading or spare customer capacity. It does not combine with undisclosed DAL1/DAL2 figures to create a Cologix Dallas total. The 53,000-square-foot Dallas total on the hub page is a space sum, not a power sum. DAL3 is operating/current service; DAL1 and DAL2 remain sibling suites, and other Infomart tenants remain separate operators. TYPE3’s map data 0 MW value is stale against Cologix’s 2.25 MW disclosure, but the 2.25 MW figure is not current IT load. It does not show utilization, customer IT demand, or combined Cologix load across the building.
