H5 COLO — Park Central Drive, Dallas
Overview
TYPE3’s map data lists H5Colo Inc. as announced at 0 MW with a DataCenterMap seed and site coordinates. H5 COLO’s Dallas facility page identifies a carrier-neutral data center at 12712 Park Central Drive, Suite 200, Dallas, Texas 75251, with 100% uptime on critical systems since inception in 2009. The same page states three independent 17 MW utility service entrances from ONCOR, “providing a total of 17 megawatts of power capacity,” plus 250 W/sf density, N+1 UPS and diesel failover, and six named MMR carriers. A solutions page repeats “Three 17 MW separate path utility feeds” while also describing the facility as operating three service entrances providing 17 MW from ONCOR. The stated total is 17 MW; the three-17 MW wording does not support 51 MW.
First-party copy describes a four-level purpose-built data and technology center, 20,000 square feet of hardened data center, 5,199 RSF of developed business-continuity space, and 55,000 RSF floor plates, with Phase II expansion space offered. This is a Park Central colocation building, distinct from Cologix’s Infomart MMR. H5 COLO provides current service, while building ownership and IT load are not established in the cited pages. Cabinet kW menus and the 17 MW utility total do not establish an IT-load MW.
Questions
Is H5 COLO only a suite listing?
It is a purpose-built colocation facility at Park Central Drive. Suite 200 is the published address, not evidence that H5 is only a meet-me-room tenant at Infomart.
Does H5 have 17 MW or 51 MW?
First-party pages state a total of 17 MW from three ONCOR service entrances. Three service entrances provide a stated total of 17 MW; the feeds are not 51 MW.
Is TYPE3’s map data “announced” status correct?
No. Current operator pages show live colocation, disaster-recovery seats, and 24/7 NOC coverage, while current IT load remains undisclosed.
