The disclosure changed in April 2025, when IONIC referred to 234 MW of current capacity marketed for AI and high-performance computing leases. In October 2025, IONIC announced that Nscale would lease the full 234 MW capacity. The December 2025 operations update said mining was being wound down, Nscale had taken possession, and mining equipment had been transferred out during the handoff.
Those milestones describe a tenant and workload transition, not proof that 234 MW is energized AI IT load. The earlier 215 MW expectation and later 234 MW lease capacity should remain dated and scoped.
