LandBridge announced a lease-development agreement for a West Texas campus on up to approximately 3,400 acres in Reeves County, with up to 2 GW of initial co-located generation under development. PowerBridge and Liberty Energy describe Alpha as the associated planned 2 GW powered campus, with a 300 MW initial generation phase and first power targeted for late 2027.

These are generation and development-scale claims. They do not establish data-center IT load, contracted customer load, grid interconnection, operating status, or available capacity. TYPE3’s Coyanosa/County Road 101 identity should be retained, while the Reeves County lease description and exact parcel boundary should be reconciled before publication.

Keep Alpha Digital separate from other PowerBridge, LandBridge, Permian Basin, and West Texas projects. Do not use generation nameplate, acreage, or first-power timing as a proxy for current site demand. Request the site entity, parcel, permits, generation configuration, utility/interconnection status, building schedule, and customer commitments.

The partner materials describe a powered-campus model in which generation, electrical infrastructure, and data-center pads may be developed in stages.
