PowerHouse Irving — Building C
Overview
TYPE3’s map data lists PowerHouse Irving - Building C in Irving, operated by PowerHouse Data Centers, with `Announced` status and 0 MW. The row is part of the same parent/child topology as TYPE3’s Building A and Building B records. PowerHouse’s current property page gives the parent campus 50 acres, 946,200 developable square feet, up to three buildings, and 201 MW of maximum utility power. Its May 2024 announcement described three powered shells, more than 946,000 square feet in total, and 67 MW of total power load per building.
The figures are useful context but do not prove Building C’s current state. A TDLR registration at 111 Customer Way describes a “Power House Data Center” core-and-shell project with a two-story, 300,000-square-foot total and a 65 MW total-load scope. The registration does not identify Building C, and the public operator page does not publish child-level availability or tenant allocations. Keep those records as related but not interchangeable.
The building’s campus relationship and Irving location are clear search distinctions, but the evidence does not establish the letter-to-structure mapping, construction completion, permanent power, critical-IT allocation, tenant commitments, or orderable capacity. PowerHouse has not published those child-level details. Do not add Building C to the parent’s 201 MW utility figure or treat 67 MW as available inventory.

This state sits outside ERCOT and outside the survey. Sponsoring one funds the work of charting it — pulling its interconnection queue, large loads, and price data onto the map.
