PowerHouse’s project page lists 50 acres, 946,200 developable square feet, up to three buildings of up to three stories, 201 MW maximum utility power, and Q1 2026 delivery. Its May 2024 announcement identifies the site at 111 Customer Way, describes a nearly one-million-square-foot campus expected to deliver 200 MW when complete, and says three powered-shell data centers would total more than 946,000 square feet with 67 MW per building. It also says permanent power is available from an adjacent Oncor-served substation and that first-shell delivery was planned for late 2025.
