Prime Data Centers Fort Worth (DFW04) — First Hall
Overview
TYPE3’s map data lists Prime Data Centers Fort Worth (DFW04) as announced wholesale colocation in Tarrant County at 48.0 MW, with city-level coordinates and a Data Center Dynamics seed. The stronger primary is TDLR TABS2024017783, registered 6 May 2024. Project name DFW04-01.01 sits at Aledo Rd and Chapin School Rd, Fort Worth 76126. Owner is Benbrook Property, LLC, with Russ Langbein as contact. Type of work is new construction. Estimated cost is $545,000,000. Square footage is 267,000. Scope is the first building of a data-center campus: two stories, approximately 267,000 square feet, with a critical capacity of 48 MW. Start 1 September 2024; completion 29 January 2026; current status Project Registered.
DCD’s 14 May 2024 report matches that first-building filing and adds two further halls, DFW04-02.01 and DFW04-03.01, at the same capacity. Fort Worth Inc. described a three-building campus near Benbrook totaling about $1.6 billion and said the first two combined were estimated at $545 million; that split conflicts with TDLR’s $545 million on the first building alone. Keep both labeled. Baxtel marks DFW04-01 under construction; TDLR has not moved past Project Registered in the reviewed file.
Do not multiply 48 MW by three into a published campus operating figure. Distinct from Prime Dallas Campus at 1515/1455 Round Table Drive and from Prime’s Garland DFW02 filings.
Questions
Is Prime Fort Worth DFW04 operating?
TDLR status is Project Registered with a 29 January 2026 completion date. Baxtel labels the first hall under construction. It is not a verified operating IT load.
Is 48 MW available here?
No. TDLR and DCD use 48 MW as the first building’s critical capacity. That is not measured load and not saleable inventory.
Is this the same as Prime Dallas?
No. Dallas Campus DFW01 is at Round Table Drive. Fort Worth DFW04 is a separate Tarrant County campus.

This state sits outside ERCOT and outside the survey. Sponsoring one funds the work of charting it — pulling its interconnection queue, large loads, and price data onto the map.
