ServerMania Dallas Data Center — Hosting and Colocation

ServerMania’s Dallas data center is a customer-facing hosting facility at 3000 Irving Boulevard, Dallas, Texas 75247. The dedicated facility page lists managed services, dedicated servers, and cloud servers; phases commissioned in 2000, 2009, and 2013; TeliaSonera and XO Communications as network providers; 40 Gbps total network capacity; 24/7/365 monitoring; and SSAE16 certification. Its technical section states an 11.1 MW power feed, six 2 MW diesel generators, APC backup batteries, fully redundant power, and carrier-class routing.

The public pages contain a material size discrepancy. The dedicated Dallas page lists 13,000 square feet of data-center space, while ServerMania’s broader locations page lists 68,000 square feet gross and 64,000 square feet of raised-floor space for Dallas. The two size figures remain unresolved pending operator reconciliation. The 11.1 MW figure is explicitly a power-feed label, not critical IT load, occupied load, or available capacity. TYPE3’s Announced/0 MW record is stale as a service profile but does not authorize an inferred operating MW update.

This page targets dedicated-hosting, managed-service, and smaller colocation buyers who search by provider and city. The best commercial action is a dated facility comparison or a direct quote request for the required service type. ServerMania remains separate from TierPoint and other operators at or near Irving Boulevard. The source-labeled 3-way size discrepancy remains unpublished as a single reconciled total.
