DataCenterMap and Baxtel still describe a McK site at 1720 Bray Central Drive with 5,000 square feet of colo, workspace, and disaster-recovery positioning, and they treat the site as operational from 2016. Those are aggregator claims. They are not a current VAZATA facility page with published IT load. A 1 MW tracker figure appearing on some maps is an estimate layer, not a measured or contracted critical-IT disclosure.

Current public use of the building cuts the other way. Coworking listings advertise WorkSpaces by VAZATA at the same street address, with day passes, private offices, and meeting rooms. Collin County property data names Virtuwave Holdings LLC as owner of a roughly 117,540-square-foot commercial building.
