Overview
TYPE3’s map data treats Aligned Data Centers Plano/DFW Campus (HQ, DFW-02/04) as operating wholesale colocation in Collin County at 36.0 MW, with notes that mix a 19-acre HQ campus, about 220,000 square feet and 36 MW critical capacity for DFW-02, a $161 million DFW-04 expansion under construction, and 5,000-plus MW of future Texas capacity. Those are four different layers.
Aligned’s current Dallas page places DFW-01 and DFW-02 at 2800 Summit Avenue on a 19-acre campus and DFW-04 at 601 North Star Road on a 44-acre campus. DFW-03 is 3801 Britton Road, Mansfield; not this row. DCD (20 February 2025) said the two Summit buildings can offer 46 MW across 375,000 square feet at full build-out, with DFW-01 about 10 MW from a 2015 renovation and DFW-02 announced in 2022 at 36 MW. Do not add 10 and 36 again as extra campus MW.
TDLR TABS2023003826 (Aligned DFW02 Expansion) records 2800 Summit Ave, 226,610 square feet, $154.3 million, start 15 November 2022, complete 28 February 2025. TDLR TABS2025015383 is DFW04-2 at 601 North Star Rd: tenant fit-out of data-hall space, 190,550 square feet, $120 million, start 1 June 2025, complete 1 August 2026. DCD (8 May 2025) said Lambda plans to occupy DFW-04, then under construction, with 425,500 square feet and $161 million in 2024 filings. Aligned’s Dallas marketing also lists 3 MW backup generators and 2 MW UPS line-ups as generic plant language; not this campus’s IT load. The 5,000-plus MW Texas figure is portfolio, not Plano.

Is 36 MW the whole Plano campus?
No. Directories and DCD attach ~36 MW to DFW-02. DFW-01 is a separate ~10 MW building on the same 19 acres.
Is DFW-04 the same campus as the HQ?
No. Aligned lists DFW-04 at 601 North Star Road on 44 acres. Keep it off 2800 Summit.
Is 5,000 MW available at this campus?
No. That is a future Texas portfolio claim, not this campus’s operating or saleable load.
