Lincoln Property Co. — 1000 Coit Road, Plano
Overview
TYPE3’s map data identifies an operating retail/network facility in Collin County at 20 MW, operational 2018, with source notes ranging from about 150,000 to 450,000 square feet at 1000 Coit Road and a Rackhouse brand retirement in 2024. The 2018 acquisition reporting gives the clearest square-footage history: a Lincoln Rackhouse–Principal Real Estate Investors joint venture bought 1000 Coit Road, a two-story 454,421-square-foot asset on 23.8 acres, with 8 MW available to lease and expansion to 16 MW. That 8–16 MW band is dated 2018 availability and expandable capacity, not a 2026 IT-load reading. TYPE3’s map data 20 MW remains an unconfirmed estimate.
Lincoln Property Company entered data centers by acquiring Rackhouse Group, and trade and directory sources say the Lincoln Rackhouse brand was retired in 2024. TDLR TABS2026023537, registered 23 June 2026, names Coit Road Data Center at 1000 Coit Rd, Plano, TX 75075, owner Lincoln Property Company, and project “Koala - Fit Up Phase 3.” The scope is a 9,419-square-foot data-center fit-up of existing shell space, tenant-funded, with a $136 million estimated cost, start 11 September 2026, and completion 2 December 2027. The filing supports an active Lincoln-owned building and tenant build-out, but does not disclose campus MW. Aggregator tenant names are not first-party occupancy evidence.
Questions
Is Lincoln Rackhouse still the operator name?
No. The Rackhouse data-center brand was retired in 2024. Current owner on the 2026 TDLR filing is Lincoln Property Company. Rackhouse remains a discovery alias.
Does the site have 20 MW?
TYPE3’s map data 20 MW value is an unconfirmed estimate. 2018 acquisition copy said 8 MW available, expandable to 16 MW. The 2026 fit-up filing does not publish MW.
Is 1000 Coit Road still an active data center?
Yes. The 2026 TDLR fit-up of existing shell space supports an operating building with additional tenant work, not a demolished or purely historical record.

This state sits outside ERCOT and outside the survey. Sponsoring one funds the work of charting it — pulling its interconnection queue, large loads, and price data onto the map.
