CloudHQ’s official SAT Campus page describes a planned site west of San Antonio at 15255 Lambda Drive, with 3,023,300 square feet, five planned and customizable data centers, multiple on-site substations, four fiber laterals, and a target ready-for-service date within 2027. It states 600 MW of available critical load and 600 MW of total critical IT load for the campus.

Those CloudHQ figures belong to the parent campus scope. They do not establish current energized load, utility delivery, or an allocation to SAT2 or SAT3. Secondary listings identify SAT2 and SAT3 as planned child records at the same 15255 Lambda Drive address; one secondary SAT3 specification page reports 84 MW fully built out, but no official child-level allocation was found. A separate secondary source uses 15355 Lambda for SAT3, conflicting with TYPE3’s map data and CloudHQ’s 15255 parent address.

Publish the parent page around the campus development and clearly qualify CloudHQ’s 600 MW claim as planned/marketed campus scale. Request the specific building, utility and interconnection status, critical-IT schedule, backup-generation layer, customer commitments, and availability before commercial use.
