A later TX11 OPEL Fit-Up filing at the same address describes a 32 MW tenant buildout and is marked Inspection Complete.

TCEQ’s federal operating-permit notice also identifies Vantage Data Centers TX11, LLC at 14720 Omicron Drive and the Vantage TX 11 data-processing facility. That regulatory record supports the facility identity and permitted operational context, but a permit or inspection status does not equal energized IT load, customer occupancy, or available capacity.
