Colovore Hutto — Project Raptor, Texas
Overview
TYPE3’s map data lists Colovore Hutto in Hutto, operated by Colovore, with `Announced` status and 0 MW. The seed note calls it a liquid-cooled data center, Project Raptor, of approximately 180,000 square feet. December 2024 reporting and Hutto project coverage place Project Raptor at 2351 Innovation Boulevard and describe a 180,000-square-foot data center plus 13,000 square feet of office space, an estimated $500 million investment, and high-density AI/HPC colocation. Those figures describe the announced development record.
Colovore’s current operator page presents an AUS01 Hutto site in a different commercial frame: 40 MW total, five data halls at 8 MW each, 5–600+ kW per rack, PUE 1.3/WUE 0, and pre-leasing for 2026–2027. Its broader data-center page labels AUS01 as under construction. The reviewed sources do not prove whether AUS01 is Project Raptor’s renamed or reduced scope, a later phase, or a separate current operating record. Do not silently replace TYPE3’s 180,000-square-foot project with the 40 MW page or add the two together.
Colovore Hutto has unresolved identity links between Project Raptor and AUS01, so its canonical facility record remains unsettled. Confirm the canonical address, project name, building area, phase, construction state, utility delivery, tenant/hall allocation, and current orderable capacity. Liquid cooling supports high-density workloads but does not establish MW or availability. Keep Announced/0 MW until the operator or authoritative local record resolves the relationship.
Questions
What is Colovore Hutto?
It is TYPE3’s Hutto facility record for Colovore, associated with the Project Raptor proposal. Public reporting identifies a 2351 Innovation Boulevard project, while Colovore’s current site markets an AUS01 Hutto facility.
Is Colovore Hutto a 40 MW facility?
Colovore’s current AUS01 page reports 40 MW across five 8 MW halls. TYPE3’s older Project Raptor record is a separate 180,000-square-foot proposal, and the reviewed sources do not prove they are identical scopes.
Does liquid cooling prove available capacity?
No. Liquid cooling describes the facility’s technical design and rack-density capability. It does not establish energized MW, tenant allocation, or currently orderable capacity.

This state sits outside ERCOT and outside the survey. Sponsoring one funds the work of charting it — pulling its interconnection queue, large loads, and price data onto the map.
