DataBank’s DFW3 Plano facility anchors the company’s Plano campus at 8375 Dominion Parkway, Plano, Texas 75024. Current DataBank material describes an Uptime Certified Tier III data center with 72,230 raised square feet, 12 MW critical IT load, N+1 power and cooling design, metro and national interconnection, cloud connectivity, managed network security, cabinets and cages, and 24/7/365 operations and remote hands. The live facility page lists 43 onsite carriers, while the Q4 2025 datasheet lists 40; preserve both source dates until DataBank aligns them. The facility also houses DataBank cloud services, including Enterprise Cloud, FedRAMP Cloud, storage, and disaster recovery.

The 12 MW field is unusually useful because DataBank labels it `Critical IT Load` in the current datasheet. That definition must remain attached in structured data and editorial copy.
