Skybox Legacy Campus — Plano, Texas
Overview
TYPE3’s map data lists Skybox Legacy Campus in Plano with Skybox Datacenters as operator, Announced status, and 0 MW. Skybox's Legacy brochure describes a 5.27-acre property with a 108,000-square-foot powered shell, 37,800 square feet of raised floor arranged as two data halls, and 20 MW of delivered critical load. The brochure is the best source for this facility's delivered building context, but it does not publish a current third-party availability schedule.
Skybox's 2017 groundbreak announcement described a broader 21-acre, multi-phase Legacy campus at 6800 Communications Parkway. It described a 150,000-square-foot first phase, an expected 25 MW, and expansion up to 350,000 square feet and 60 MW across facilities. Those are dated development layers and should not be silently substituted for the brochure's later, narrower building scope. Plano's economic-development directory also lists Skybox Legacy One as a data-center and colocation project.
For buyers, the useful distinction is between Legacy's property identity, delivered critical-load description, and any current orderable inventory. Ask Skybox to confirm the canonical campus boundary, current operating entity, energized load, tenant commitments, raised-floor availability, and expansion status. Keep Legacy separate from Resilience DFW and Skybox Atlantic Station; nearby or historical relationships do not make them one facility or one power block.

This state sits outside ERCOT and outside the survey. Sponsoring one funds the work of charting it — pulling its interconnection queue, large loads, and price data onto the map.
