Current first-party pages are stronger. Equinix’s DA7 IBX page and 2024 technical specifications place the facility at 6653 Pinecrest Drive, Plano, TX 75024, with 37,910 square feet (3,522 square meters) of colocation space in a one-story reinforced-concrete / tilt-up building. Specs list N+1 UPS, N+1 cooling, minimum cabinet density of 6 kVA, 120/208 V distribution, generator autonomy of 30 hours or more at full load, and a certification set that includes SOC 1/2 Type II, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and NIST 800-53/FISMA High. Equinix’s Dallas metro index lists DA7 as a live IBX alongside DA1–DA4, DA6, DA9, and DA11.
