TYPE3’s map data lists GDC - Dallas TX2 Data Center in Garland, with NTT DATA, Inc. as operator, Announced status, and 0 MW. Texas TDLR’s project record identifies the TX2 Data Center at 2008 Lookout Drive, Garland, with a new datacenter structure of approximately 229,500 square feet and inspection-complete status. The Texas Comptroller’s data-center list separately records an NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Dallas TX2 entity, supporting the campus identity and owner/operator distinction.

The 124 MW number requires a boundary label. NTT’s current Dallas TX4 page describes 36 MW of critical IT load on a 124 MW campus. That wording demonstrates the campus-versus-building distinction; it does not assign TX4’s 36 MW to TX2, nor does it establish TX2’s available capacity. Preserve TYPE3’s 0 MW field and treat the 124 MW figure as broader Garland campus context only.

This record addresses location, building scale, compliance, and carrier questions for enterprise and hyperscale buyers. NTT confirmation is needed for the TX2 building address, commissioning state, building-level critical-IT load, tenant/lease status, utility allocation, and current quoteable inventory.
