GDC - Dallas TX1 — 2008 Lookout Drive
Overview
TYPE3’s map data lists GDC - Dallas TX1 as announced wholesale colocation in Garland at 0.0 MW, with notes of 16 MW of critical IT load and 118,000 square feet of data-hall space, seeded from DataCenterMap. NTT’s live TX1 page is stronger: 2008 Lookout Dr., Garland, TX 75044; 230,000 square feet; 16 MW of critical IT load; dual redundant power feeds; SOC 1/2 Type II, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST 800-53 High, and HIPAA. The TX1 datasheet adds 1/2/3/5 MW vaults, 34 MW of backup generator power, and densities up to 22 kW per rack. DataCenterMap still says 118,000 square feet of data-hall space versus 230,000 square feet total; keep both as area layers.
NTT’s Dallas campus page describes a planned 124 MW campus. An older datasheet called TX1 the first of five buildings on a 160 MW campus. Those campus-plan figures are not TX1 operating load. Generator 34 MW is backup nameplate.
Keep identities separate. TX4 is 2060 Lookout Drive in this batch. Do not let TX1 inherit 36 MW or 127,000 square feet from TX4. RagingWire is the legacy brand. iland/11:11 is a documented tenant case study, not a second building.
Questions
Is TX1 operating?
NTT’s current facility page presents TX1 as a live hall at 2008 Lookout Drive.
Is 16 MW available power?
No. NTT labels 16 MW as critical IT load. That is design capacity, not a vacancy or measured-load figure.
Is TX1 the same as TX4?
No. TX1 is 2008 Lookout Drive. TX4 is 2060 Lookout Drive with a separate 36 MW critical-IT label.

This state sits outside ERCOT and outside the survey. Sponsoring one funds the work of charting it — pulling its interconnection queue, large loads, and price data onto the map.
Design mockup. No wallet, exchange account, or mailing list is connected — nothing can be sent and nothing is collected.
