TYPE3’s map data lists GDC - Dallas TX4 as announced wholesale colocation in Garland at 0.0 MW, with notes that NTT DATA’s TX4 will deliver 36 MW of AI-ready, high-density IT capacity. NTT’s live TX4 page and fact sheet match 2060 Lookout Dr., Garland, TX 75044. From June 2026 the hall will offer 36 MW of critical IT load and 127,000 square feet of IT space on the 124 MW Dallas campus. Specs: six 6 MW vaults, N+1 distributed redundancy per vault, two 34.5 kV feeders each rated 130 MVA, generators with 24-hour on-site fuel, air-cooled densities up to 22 kW per rack, liquid cooling for 70 kW per rack or higher, two meet-me rooms, and three diverse fiber entries. NTT says Dallas TX4 will be available in July 2026.
Do not publish 36 MW, 6 MW vaults, 130 MVA feeders, or 124 MW campus plan as current IT load. Do not add TX1’s 16 MW. 36 MW is 6 × 6 MW vaults; that arithmetic is design, not occupancy.
Keep the street numbers. TX1 is 2008 Lookout Drive. TX4 is 2060 Lookout Drive. Same campus family, different buildings.
