Regulatory evidence adds a current building-level signal: TDLR record TABS2025003482 describes a 2024–2025 renovation of Suites 6000 and 6040, covering 43,000 square feet, with Equinix LLC as owner and the project marked closed. That record is a construction/renovation record, not evidence of total data-center power or customer availability.
