Lunavi Dallas — Infomart Suite
Overview
TYPE3’s map data lists Lunavi Dallas as announced retail colocation in Dallas at 0 MW, with notes about a South Central internet-exchange hub, based on Infomart marketing rather than a Lunavi campus sheet. DataCenterMap’s Lunavi Dallas profile uses 1950 North Stemmons Freeway, Suite 1039A, and records Green House Data’s 2017 Dallas entry plus the 2020 Lunavi rebrand. Channel Futures (21 September 2020) confirms Green House Data united acquired companies under the Lunavi brand. Lunavi’s current public footprint is a Cheyenne-headquartered cloud and managed-services firm; its own location list reviewed for this batch did not establish a standalone Dallas building.
Infomart identity control is mandatory. Baxtel’s Infomart tenant table lists Suite 1039A & 2048 as Equinix DA3 (former Switch & Data) and also Suite 1039A as InfoRelay DFW1. Lunavi/GHD at 1039A is therefore a suite-level or successor listing inside a carrier hotel, not proof Lunavi owns the hall. This page remains unmerged with Equinix DA1/DA2/DA3/DA6, Cologix DAL1–3, DataBank DFW5, Lumen Dallas 2, IBM DAL01, and Epic.io 75207. No Lunavi IT MW is published, and Infomart’s 1.5 million square feet is not Lunavi capacity. Until Lunavi posts a current Dallas facility sheet, this remains a directory suite rather than a campus parent; no stronger facility evidence is available.
Questions
Does Lunavi own a Dallas data center campus?
Not on the first-party pages reviewed. Directories show an Infomart suite at 1039A.
Does Infomart square footage describe Lunavi capacity here?
No. Building and neighbor-hall figures are host attributes, not Lunavi IT load.
Is Lunavi Dallas the same as Equinix DA3?
Suite 1039A appears in DA3 tenant tables. That is an identity collision to flag, not a merge.

This state sits outside ERCOT and outside the survey. Sponsoring one funds the work of charting it — pulling its interconnection queue, large loads, and price data onto the map.
