Serverfarm Houston CTX Campus — Cutten Road
Overview
TYPE3’s map data identifies the CTX Campus as a Serverfarm parent record in Houston at 15555 Cutten Road, with `Announced` status, 0 MW, and a site-precision coordinate. DataCenterMap confirms the parent relationship: CTX1 is the existing child and CTX2 is the adjacent new-build child. Serverfarm’s CTX1 page publishes 100 MW of IT capacity, 175 MVA of utility capacity, and two building areas totaling nearly half a million square feet. TDLR’s CTX2 filing separately documents 438,000 square feet, a $137 million ground-up project, and a July 2025–July 2026 schedule.
Serverfarm’s February 2026 CTX2 update says the 60 MW building reached structural topping out and was moving into MEP installation and commissioning, with 36 MW expected for occupancy by Q3 2027. That milestone is relevant to delivery timing but does not turn the parent into a 160 MW operating or available campus. CTX1’s published 100 MW is an operator IT-capacity field; CTX2’s 60 MW and 36 MW are facility and forward-occupancy statements.
The parent record makes those relationships legible and links to the two child records. CTX1’s IT capacity, CTX2’s design figure, utility MVA, and construction target are not summed into a single saleable-load number. TYPE3’s source-sheet Announced/0 MW state remains visible until a later data refresh reconciles the individual facility statuses and current availability.
