TRG Houston One HOU1 — Spring Child

The listing describes TRG Houston One HOU1 as announced retail colocation in Spring at 0 MW, already noting 2626 Spring Cypress Road. TRG’s HOU1 page confirms that Spring address, 45,000 GSF, free 24/7 remote hands, and water-free first halls, with a later phase described as supporting direct-to-chip cooling. DCD’s 19 November 2025 HOU2 groundbreaking story said HOU1 has maintained 100 percent uptime since 2018 and serves more than 160 customers. Those are operator claims, not a published operating IT-load MW.

Parent/child control is load-bearing. HOU1, HOU2, and TRG Houston Campus share one Spring parcel. HOU2’s 110,000 square feet and 24 MW belong to the sibling record, not HOU1. The campus brochure’s 30 MW confirmed CenterPoint power remains a campus-level figure, not HOU1 operating IT load. The market label “Houston” is a metro brand; the street city is Spring. DataBank HOU1 at Westway Park remains a separate facility record. Status is operating colo. The listing’s 0 MW baseline is empty, not proof of no load. HOU1 is the live child record. First-party pages do not give an HOU1 operating IT-load megawatt, so no operating figure is established. Water-free hall copy is cooling design, not a megawatt figure or an IT load.
