TYPE3’s map data lists Csquare - Fort Worth DFW1 as announced at 0 MW and pastes Cyxtera’s legacy “50+ data centers” marketing. Operator identity has moved. Brookfield combined Evoque and acquired Cyxtera assets as Centersquare in 2024; the customer-facing brand in current DFW copy is Csquare. Csquare’s Dallas / Fort Worth page describes the Fort Worth DFW1 site near Interstate 183 and DFW Airport, with 133,298 square feet of raised floor, 51.9 MW utility power, a 100% SLA on power, network, and bandwidth, 24/7 remote hands, a loading dock, and meeting rooms. Power and cooling are explicitly layered: 51.9 MW utility, 16.4 MW UPS, 24 MW generator, chilled water, VESDA, and pre-action dry pipe. Connectivity is Csquare Digital Exchange enabled, carrier-neutral, with 14 service providers on the current page.
Csquare’s customer guide lists DFW1-A, DFW1-B, DFW1-C, and DFW1-D at the same 14901 FAA Boulevard address. PeeringDB geocodes Centersquare Dallas (DFW1) to 14901 FAA Blvd, Fort Worth 76155. Fort Worth DFW1 at 14901 FAA Boulevard is distinct from Allen DFW2-A, which is 43,366 sf with 8.6 MW of utility, and Dallas DFW3. Do not add the three DFW utility figures into a fake Csquare Texas total on this page. Status is current colo service. Utility, UPS, and generator MW remain design/capacity layers, not vacant critical IT and not measured load.

Does Csquare’s 51.9 MW figure represent IT load?
No. Csquare labels 51.9 MW as utility capacity and separately lists UPS and generator MW.
Are DFW1-A through DFW1-D separate campuses?
No. They are pods at 14901 FAA Boulevard. Keep one Fort Worth DFW1 parent unless a child row is assigned.
