QTS’s current Irving page confirms the operating campus identity and lists six facilities, while describing more than 165 MW of critical campus capacity. QTS’s February 2024 Texas expansion update instead describes Irving as a 700,000-square-foot campus with more than 147 MW of critical power capacity.

The differing 147 MW-plus and 165 MW-plus figures are not silently reconciled here. They may reflect source dates, campus scope, or expansion updates. Neither figure proves current energized IT load, vacancy, or a customer-ready block. The current QTS page is strongest for present operator identity and campus configuration; the 2024 release supports TYPE3’s earlier capacity and square-footage framing. A building-specific quote is still required.

For buyers, target QTS Irving wholesale colocation, build-to-suit, and campus expansion searches. Keep the campus parent separate from individual QTS buildings and addresses.
