TYPE3’s map data lists CyrusOne SAT8 - San Antonio under CyrusOne Data Centers, with `Announced` status, 0 MW, and 14677 Omicron Drive. TDLR TABS2024005161 is titled CyrusOne SAT 8 & 9 but lists 14815 Omicron Drive. TYPE3’s map data therefore splits two street numbers across SAT8 (14677) and SAT9 (14815) while the accessibility filing treats one combined building program. Texas A&M’s 2024 recap of local reporting said CyrusOne had begun work on a pair of data centers totaling 276,000 square feet at 14677 Omicron Drive with 36 MW of capacity.

CyrusOne’s January 2025 groundbreaking repeats two buildings, 276,000 square feet, and 36 MW IT for the Research Park campus. Contractor materials cite about 277,333 square feet and 35–36 MW for SAT 08 & 09. None of those sources isolates SAT8’s halls, critical IT, or commissioning. The $15 million TDLR cost estimate is far below later construction reporting and is treated as an incomplete filing figure, not project economics. SAT5/SAT6 at 14719 Omicron Drive are older Omicron buildings and remain unmerged.

SAT8 is the 14677 child linked to SAT9, without inheriting 36 MW or the full combined floor area. How the two addresses map to two buildings, along with energization and availability, remains to be confirmed before any map data change.
