TDLR TABS2024005161 uses facility name SAT 8 & 9 at 14815 Omicron Drive, 279,730 square feet, four data halls plus admin space, April 2024 to December 2025. The listed $15 million estimated cost is far below later construction reporting and is treated as an incomplete filing figure, not project economics. DCD’s 2023 story on the same filing matches the two-story, four-hall description.

CyrusOne’s January 29, 2025 release says the company broke ground on its fifth San Antonio campus in Texas Research Park: two buildings, 276,000 square feet, 36 MW IT capacity, and roughly $1 billion of San Antonio capital to date; the capital figure is market investment, not SAT9 MW. Contractor copy describes SAT 08 & 09 as about 277,333 square feet and 35–36 MW. Square-footage figures therefore conflict at 276,000 versus 277,333 versus 279,730, and MW is stated for the pair, not SAT9.

SAT9 remains linked to SAT8 and the Omicron campus, but unmerged. The 36 MW, 279,730 square feet, and $1 billion figures are not placed on this child alone. The mapping of 14815 versus 14677, hall count, energization, and available IT remains unconfirmed before any map data change.
