TDLR TABS2024007561 and related TX11 filings identify a two-story building at 14720 Omicron Drive with 32 MW across four 8 MW data halls. TDLR TABS2026001234 identifies TX12 at 17420 Omicron Drive as a two-story, 432,800-square-foot building with up to 96 MW of critical IT capacity, October 2025 to August 2027, owner Vantage Data Centers TX1 LLC. DCD reported the TX12 filing as a second building on the TX1 campus.
San Antonio II is a different campus at 5207 Rogers Road (TX21/TX22). A July 2026 TPR story refers to Vantage campuses at 14270 Omicron Drive and 5207 Rogers Road, including behind-the-meter generation and a Clean Air Act notice. 14270 Omicron does not match TYPE3’s 17420–14720 range; the street-number discrepancy remains visible rather than silently merging parcels. Generation, diesel backup, and air permits are not IT load.
The record is the Omicron parent, with TX11 and TX12 linked as children; their 32 MW and 96 MW design figures are not summed into a campus operating total. TX22 is excluded. Current energization, available IT, and the exact Omicron addresses remain to be confirmed before Announced / 0 MW changes.

Does the campus have 128 MW?
Adding TX11’s 32 MW to TX12’s 96 MW would mix two design filings and invent an operating total. Do not publish that sum as current or available IT.
Is San Antonio I the same as TX22?
No. TX22 is at 5207 Rogers Road on San Antonio II.
