DataBank DFW12 Red Oak Data Center

DataBank DFW12 is a distinct Red Oak building within DataBank’s larger Dallas campus. DataBank’s current facility page identifies DFW12 at 3440 Batchler Road, Red Oak, Texas 75154, and describes it as the fourth of eight planned two-story data centers. The operator publishes 200,000 IT square feet and 60 MW of critical IT load, plus HPC-ready design, N+1 power and cooling, high-density air and liquid-cooling support, and cabinets-and-cages colocation.

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation provides an important status boundary. Its registered project identifies “Databank Red Oak - DFW12,” lists Stainback Road in Red Oak, and describes a 425,170-square-foot new-construction data center with an estimated November 2026 start and November 2028 completion. The registration is a project record, not proof that construction has started, energization has occurred, or customer capacity is live. DataBank’s marketing page also uses future-oriented language, so planned/development wording remains appropriate until current construction and service evidence are available.

The 60 MW label is specifically “critical IT load” in DataBank’s material. It is not a measured current load, utility interconnection amount, or available inventory figure. The campus page separately describes a 400 MW substation and future expansion, but those campus-level figures must not be assigned wholesale to DFW12. Use 3440 Batchler Road and DFW12 in all metadata and sibling links so readers can distinguish this building from DFW9, DFW10, and DFW11.
