Rowan’s official Temple portfolio describes a 300 MW hyperscale campus on approximately 700 acres in Central Texas. Rowan’s January 2026 announcement says construction was underway, power had been secured through an Oncor partnership, and operations were expected in 2027. These sources establish a substantial parent project but do not assign the full 300 MW to a building named AUS02.
